  1. CRM SaaS · Workshop management · 2026, ongoing

    Flowexpert

    A CRM for car workshops, sold as a SaaS in Switzerland, Hungary and Romania. It runs the workshop's whole day: service orders, part sales and offers, a calendar for technicians and bays, customers and their vehicles, inventory, payments and messaging. Suppliers plug in for ordering and receiving parts, and invoicing goes through each country's official tax service. The first Swiss test clients are already on it, and a full code refactor is next on the list.

    Tech Events Calendar

    An internal events calendar for a global software company. It gathers every conference, customer event and exhibition the company takes part in, shown as a list, a calendar or a map, with a near-me filter and one-click .ics downloads. The events team runs it from a back office with event management, venue geocoding and an analytics dashboard. I handed it over to their engineering team to deploy on their own infrastructure.

    60dB Signal

    A dashboard I built for 60 Decibels, a social impact measurement company. Their investor clients use it to see how the companies in their portfolio perform on social metrics such as Quality of Life Net Impact, Net Promoter Score and Inclusivity Ratio. A dedicated MFI Index module benchmarks microfinance institutions on resilience, household impact and client protection, by country and year.

    Clustie

    An MVP for Shopify brands that advertise on Meta. It turns a store's order history into predictive audiences (high-value customers, churn risks, product affinities), syncs them to Meta Ads Manager and keeps them fresh as new orders come in, with a dashboard for ROAS and revenue by audience and campaign. The front end is built in WeWeb.

    Promanda

    An AI copywriting tool for solopreneurs and consultants who are good at what they do but struggle to explain it. You answer a guided questionnaire about your brand and offer, and it writes structured marketing copy built on real frameworks: LinkedIn bios, positioning, business messaging. You can refine the results, check them for plagiarism, manage projects in the app and export a full PDF report. Built entirely on Bubble, with OpenAI models behind the generation.

    Grândola Virtual Museum

    Interactive multimedia for the Museum of the Revolution in Grândola, running on eleven 32-inch touchscreens around the museum, with a CMS so the staff can update every screen themselves. I joined the project halfway through and took it to completion and deployment.

    Grândola Karaoke Booth

    A recording booth inside the same museum. Visitors sing over the anthem that sparked the revolution and get their own recording by email. Built in Electron to run unattended all day, every day.
